How fast is delivery?
Usually 1–2 days to all Iraqi governorates. Delivery is a flat 5,000 IQD. After you order, we confirm it with you by WhatsApp or email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery — pay the courier at hand-over; or a Mastercard transfer (Rafidain Bank) at checkout. With Cash on Delivery we ask for no payment details at all.
Can I inspect the item and return it?
Yes. You may open and inspect the piece with the courier present, and if it's not as described or is faulty, decline it on the spot. See our Return Policy.
How do I know a part is compatible with my PC?
Each product lists its full specifications in the description. If you're unsure about compatibility (socket, form factor, wattage, etc.), message us on WhatsApp and our team will help you pick the right part.
Is shopping secure?
Yes. The whole site is encrypted (SSL/HTTPS). With Cash on Delivery we never ask for or see your card number, and your order is protected by a private link only you receive.
How do I track my order?
