Lampa respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address and order details — so we can deliver your order — and basic technical data such as your IP address for security and fraud prevention. When you pay by card transfer, we also store the receipt image you upload to verify your order — kept privately and visible only to our team.
2. How we use it
To confirm your order, deliver it to your address, provide support, and — if you opt in — send offers. With Cash on Delivery we ask for no payment information at all, and we never store your card number.
3. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms (CSRF). No third-party advertising cookies.
4. Sharing
We share your data only with those needed to deliver your order (the courier) and run the store, and never sell it. We use no third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising.
5. Your rights & account deletion
You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time — in the app (Account → Delete my account) or on the website from your account page. Deletion removes your personal data, store-credit balance, and saved items (past orders are kept as records, unlinked from you). Or contact us.
